Booking & Confirmation Process

1. Customer Inquiry & Order PlacementCustomers can consult customer service, who will recommend suitable courses based on their needs and skiing level, and assist them in booking private lessons on the website.

2. Coaching ArrangementsUpon arrival at the ski destination, a suitable instructor is matched with the ski resort based on the student's skill level.

3. Notify customers:passEmail or WeChatProvide the coach with their information and contact details.

4. On the day of classStudents arrive at the meeting point and the course begins.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a customer cancels their service order:
  • After notifying the applicable company by registered mail at least one month (30 days) prior to the commencement of service and confirming receipt, the full amount paid, minus any fees paid for ski lift passes, shall be refunded to the customer within thirty (30) days of the initial submission of such letter;
  • If the customer notifies the applicable company by any means one month (30 days) prior to the commencement of service, the customer will not receive any reimbursement for the amount payable (the balance of the deposit and the service amount).
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations of in-resort bookings, and postponements are at the discretion of Oxygene management.
• If applicable school and/or company cancellation:
  • More than a month before the service begins, the company should pay the customer an amount equivalent to the deposit paid by the customer plus 10%.
  • Less than one month before the service begins, the school should pay the client an amount equivalent to the total service cost plus 10%.
  • Despite the foregoing provisions, if applicable, schools and/or companies may cancel:
    • Due to a lack of participants, reimbursement or conversion to private lessons will be offered where possible.
    • Clients will only be reimbursed for the amount actually paid due to the coach's illness or injury, excluding any additional payments.
    • Due to weather conditions (insufficient or no snow, excessive snow, weather conditions causing ski slope closures or posing risks to customers), the amount paid by the customer shall be retained by the school and/or company and shall not result in any reimbursement or additional payment. The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation, discount or reimbursement.
    • If a customer is late, the customer may not request partial compensation.
• The client is not covered by the school and/or company's civil liability insurance for teaching services.
• If a customer is unable to use the service due to an accident, the service will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase any specific insurance policies, such as "cancellation insurance."
• Interruptions to ski lift operations outside the company's control, affecting the normal operation of services, will not result in the company providing any compensation or reimbursement to customers.
