Cancellation & Refund Policy

After your order is confirmed, you can notify us before your trip to change or cancel your booking. Cancellation and changes to orders are subject to the cancellation policy disclosed in the booking process, and corresponding fees may apply.

• Generally, if you cancel your order more than 30 days before the start date of your trip, you will receive a full refund.
• Orders cannot be cancelled within 30 days of the start date of your trip, but you can change the traveler's name.
