- 900 meters from HAKUBA47 Ski Resort (2-minute drive), 5 minutes from Goryo Ski Resort, 8 minutes from Happo-one Ski Resort, 10 minutes from Iwadake Ski Resort, and 15 minutes from Umeike Ski Resort. Free shuttle service is available to all the above ski resorts.

This cancellation policy is only applicable to guests staying in Japan. Overseas guests can cancel for free up to 30 days in advance.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days in advance
- 30% of accommodation fee up to 5 days in advance
- 60% of accommodation fee up to 2 days in advance
- 100% of accommodation fee on the day of cancellation
- 100% of accommodation fee for cancellation without prior contact
