Itinerary

Melbourne - Mt Buller - Melbourne

• • 05:25 AM [Melbourne City]Meet at 42 Russell Street (in front of the Grand Hyatt, in front of the eagle statue) to board the bus.
  • 06:00 AM [Box Hill]Meet at 913 Whitehorse Road (opposite Chemist Warehouse) to board the bus.
  • 06:20 AM [Glen Waverley] Railway Parade North (Bus Platform 1): The final meeting time for this station will be announced the day before departure (if no one boards at the second stop, the meeting time will be slightly earlier). Please gather at the designated meeting point before boarding.
    
  • 10:20 AM  [Mt Buller] Upon arrival, guests are free to arrange their own skiing or snow viewing; those participating in beginner courses should follow the instructions.
  • We will take a bus back to Melbourne at 3:45 PM and are expected to return to the city center around 8:30 PM.

Guests joining the tour group must arrive before the scheduled departure time.Please wait at the designated pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.We are not responsible for any passengers who miss their trip due to their failure to wait at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled departure time.

The exact return time may be delayed or advanced due to objective factors such as weather and traffic conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual situation. Therefore, we do not recommend that guests book flights or any other activities departing in the evening of the same day to avoid unnecessary scheduling conflicts and losses.

Skiing Lesson Instructions for Beginners:

• Beginner courses are only for first-time skiers and include a full day of instruction.Beginner Ski SlopeRight of use.
• Schedule: Off-season: June 6 to June 26, August 31 to October 4; Peak season: June 27 to August 30; Beginner classes for children aged 3-6: June 20 to September 6.

• • • The official ski school will arrange lessons at Buller Ski School or Northside depending on the snow conditions.
    • For pedestrians who are not skiing but wish to observe from the sidelines, a separate ticket can be purchased to access the Northside teaching area.
    • Note: Children aged 7-14 must be accompanied by a guardian during class at the snow mountain.

    • Class size: Approximately 5 people (subject to ski resort arrangements).
    • Course dates: June 20 to September 6
    • The program is held at Buller Kids Centre (accessible from Village Square), and includes access to the magic carpet within the teaching area and an indoor children's activity center where childcare is available for parents.
• Please note that on certain dates, children aged 3-6 and teenagers/adults aged 7 and above will be scheduled separately.Different regionsThe specific arrangements for the courses will be subject to the official arrangements of the snow mountain. Guardians are advised to make reasonable arrangements for their trips with their children.

Note: Ski goggles, gloves, and protective gear are provided separately and are only available to tour participants. Reservations must be made no later than 3 PM the day before departure. After reservation, please collect them from our driver/guide on the day of the tour, not from the ski equipment store. Ski goggles and protective gear are rental services; please return them to the driver/guide upon boarding the vehicle on the return trip. Gloves do not need to be returned. A $50 fee will be charged for each damaged or lost rental ski goggles or protective gear.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 8 days or more before departure date:Free refund (excluding bank fees) or change of departure date is available; any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
• 3-7 days (inclusive) from departure date:A $50 handling fee will be charged per order, and the departure date can be changed (2026 ski season), but it is non-refundable. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
• Within 2 days of departure date:Orders cannot be changed or cancelled, and refunds are not available.
