Snow-inn is located in Kutchan-cho, the heart of Niseko, a powder snow paradise. The guesthouse offers five room types: two single rooms (bunk beds) and three double rooms. Rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and various kitchen utensils for free use, making it perfect for skiers worldwide. Seasonal range

• Off-season period: December 15, 2025 - December 19, 2025, and after February 29, 2026.
• Peak season period: December 20, 2025 - February 28, 2026
• Prices fluctuate with the seasons
• The price is for one night; you need to order as many packages as you stay for several nights.

Basic introduction to accommodation services

• Two single rooms and three double rooms (the single rooms will have bunk beds to accommodate two people).
• Complimentary daily shuttle service to and from the ski resort is provided for guests.
• Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 12 PM

Geographical location

• It is a 5-minute drive from the JR station.
• 15 minutes from Hirafu Ski Resort
• Hanazono Gardens Ski Resort is a 10-minute drive away.
• It's just a 5-minute walk to the Kuchian food court, convenience store, and Lucky supermarket.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Full payment reservation
• 80% refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in
• 20% refund if checked in 72 hours prior to arrival
• No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in.
